MJ & Conor | Edinburgh Sunrise Couples Session

We rarely get to shoot at Sunrise but when MJ & Conor mentioned they prefer the way the sky looks at sunrise to sunset (even though they aren’t best pleased at the time the sun decides to rise ahah) I knew they were my kind of people.

So we headed to Portobello Beach in Edinburgh (surprise surprise ahah another day another Portobello Beach shoot - but hey, every time we shoot there it offers us something different) at 7:50am. The tide was all the way out and the sky had a thin strip of Golden light peeping through the blue clouds.

So we hung out, danced under the sunrise, made friends with lots of doggos on their morning walkies and just had the best time ever. The weather was kind to us too (even though it was a bit chilly) and after we finished up it started to rain.

We loved getting to learn more about MJ & Conor’s story - they literally have the most amazing story of how they met whilst in Vietnam?!?!? And they truly are the sweetest souls. We’ll forever be thankful to meet new people and make new friendships.
