Catriona & Matthew | Cairngorms Elopement Inspiration

During the month of December we’ve teamed up with Ella Mai Elopements & To A Mountain Daisy to bring a collaborative last minute Elopement Package so we wanted to get together and get creative with a shoot up in the Cairngorms.

Catriona & Matthew are two gorgeous souls who we had been wanting to meet up with for ages so when they said they’d be up for modelling for us it just made the shoot all the more fun!

They have two beautiful children and live up in Inverness so views like this are just a short car journey away (very jealous). But we had so much fun together capturing their love, exploring somewhere new and just being creative.

The Cairngorms are literally the ideal spot for an Elopement - especially up in Aviemore. We headed up to Loch Morlich for this shoot and had the place all to ourselves. We then drove up to the ski centre where you get the most gorgeous views without needing to be far from the car making it the ideal spot for a winter elopement in Scotland.
