These sessions are designed to be a celebration of who you are and the journey in life that you’re on.
We’re all on our own personal journeys in life, we hit road blocks, have an overwhelming amount of lessons to be learned and so often life passes us by and we don’t take time to document our journey. These sessions are designed to be a whole new way of journaling. These sessions require you to be vulnerable, to show up honestly and authentically yourself and together we’ll celebrate you for who you are.

These sessions are for all. Regardless of your journey, you are worthy and we would be honoured to celebrate who you are.
These are designed for the solo person to come and explore their journey. These sessions could look like a celebration of identity, coming out, finding faith, becoming a parent, embracing the postpartum body and so much more. These Sessions could be a celebration of joy in your life or a remembrance of loss and hardship.
These sessions can truly be adapted and catered to any and all journeys in life. They’ll be focused on the experience. We’ll explore who you are. We’ll create space for you to write poetry in the sand or sing songs from your heart to the mountains. We’ll create space for you to be barefoot feeling the earth beneath your feet. We’ll create space for you to invite in anything you wish whether that be moments of prayer, dance, a dip in the water - anything you wish to do to make you feel more alive we’ll do it.
These sessions could happen at the beach or in the mountains or anywhere your soul feels connected to.
