Ria & Logan | Glen Etive Elopement

Ria & Logan Eloped in secret in the pouring rain and it was nothing short of magic.

Their joyful smiles never wavered once. Soaked to the skin but so full of love and happiness - this is what eloping truly looks like! No matter what happens, no matter how the day pans out, there’s no shadow of a doubt it’ll be the best day of your lives together so far!

These two really are something special and it was just so so lovely getting to meet them and hear their stories let alone be their witnesses and capture their day.

We started their day by meeting them and Hazel (their incredible inter-faith minister) at the opening to the Glen Etive road - knowing we’d all be out of service as soon as we started driving down the road. We journeyed down the road in convoy and arrived at the loch at the end of the road where their ceremony would take place. The rain had been pouring none stop and the Beachy bit they were originally hoping to marry at was deep underwater so we wandered a little way down the path to a beautiful little spot with the most epic back drop. The mountains ever so slightly peeping through the mist and the rain and no other humans in sight - it was perfect.

Together they said their vows and tied the knot before we continued our adventure together.
