Lauren & Kyle | Glencoe Elopement

At 13 years old - they first met. Since then they’ve been on a beautiful journey together. Lauren shared with us she started writing her vows then and over the years has been adding to them - with no idea Scotland would be the place they’d say those words out loud!

Every aspect of their day was so beautifully intentional. With their handfast made up from material from loved ones wedding dresses, a corsage from one of their school dances, a friendship bracelet with a nickname and so many other details from their story delicately interwoven creating the most special handfast tie!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Lauren wore pearls looped twice around her wrist, one for her mum and one for her! And before we headed to their ceremony they read out letters from loved ones and had their two best friends read out letters they’d written also!⠀⠀

Literally every detail was full to the brim of love. And I’ll never forget how during their ceremony Lauren turned out to the vast mountains and said “I have enough love to fill this place.”
