Katelyn & Steven | Edinburgh & Glencoe Elopement

We had the absolute honour of getting to Photograph & Film sweet Kate & Steve’s Elopement in both Edinburgh for their ceremony and Glencoe for their portraits and oh my goodness words cannot even begin to express just how much we adore these two!

Kate had lived in Edinburgh and had fallen deeply in love with the city. The architecture and beauty of the Old Town is something that is so close to her heart. Knowing this, when Steve came with her one year he proposed to her at the Vennel and so of course it was an absolute no-brainer that this is the place they would marry.

They had an intimate ceremony in St Giles Cathedral and it was really something so special - the music played throughout their ceremony gave us chills!

After their ceremony we took photos with their guests inside the Cathedral before Kate, Steve, Nathan & I headed to a couple of spots around the old town to take some photos.

We then met up with them again 2 days later in Glencoe to photograph them immersed in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. We were met with a sheet of mist that so beautifully created a sense of mystery and serenity and is truly like nothing I could ever describe. We roamed the hills and made memories together and truly just fell in love with these two.

They are two of the most kind hearted beautiful souls we’ve ever met.
