Amber & Andrew | Isle of Skye Elopement

When Amber + Andrew first reached out and told us about who the are and a little of their story we knew instantly they were our kind of people.

Their plans for their Elopement was to have their ceremony on the shore of the most epic loch in Scotland which can only be accessed by boat or a hefty hike!

Knowing this we had a plan B up our sleeves but all of this went out the window when 2 days before we found out the winds were too high and the boat was called off AND the bus for their guests cancelled on them.

So we came up with a new plan 1 day before and I think this plan ended up being a million times better than our OG two plans!

We split their day in 2 having day one in the North of Skye, embracing the wild winds & holding their ceremony by a beautiful loch in the North and Rona the absolute LEGEND managed to source them a bus to get their guests there and then on day two we spent the day in the south of Skye before setting sail to the loch and finishing their epic adventure with a swim in the loch in their wedding clothes!

Sometimes plans change and that's one of the beauties of eloping! Amber + Andrew embraced the changes beautifully and before we even reached the ceremony on day one Amber had said the words "my face hurts from laughing so much"

Their elopement was full to the brim of joy, they shared their adventure with their family & friends & dogs and I think we can all say the whole experience was even more magical than we could have ever imagined!
